I see that the preview updates for 23H2 were released today right on schedule on 4th Tues of the month at noon my time (United States Central Time), but shouldn't we have the 24H2 preview updates as well or is 24H2 on a different schedule? I seem to recall that it wasn't when I expected last month either but not 100% sure on that.

Different schedule. The last Preview update was a late in the day one on Monday 30th September, 10pm here in the UK rather than the usual 6pm PT release time.

In the meantime, I found the Microsoft article that lists the schedule for updates and I notice that they use the terminology "typically releases on". So, they have built-in a level of uncertainty. I guess that I should know better than to expect otherwise
