Any way to configure sleep time limit before hibernation?

I have been doing sleep studies on some laptops and noticed that, on x86-powered laptops, they generally go into hibernation mode after 5 hours of sleep. On the new Snapdragon X Elite laptops, they don't go into hibernation ever. What I don't see is any way to configure or view this setting, not in Windows 11 or in the BIOSes of these PCs.

In control panel, I can set a "critical battery level" and make the PC go into hibernation once it hits 2% battery (or another level I set). But that's not what is happening here. Even if the laptop is at 98% charge, after 5 hours sleeping on battery, an x86 laptop will go to sleep. So this is happening based on the amount of time asleep, not the battery level. And on Snapdragon laptops, it's not happening at all.

Is there a way to control this? Is it the same for all x86 laptops or is it manufacturer set?

On another note, the amount of power drained during sleep varies wildly on the same PC. For example, the same computer will use 150 mw an hour during a 3-hour sleep and then use 59 mw an hour during a 22-hour sleep. I don't understand why it would use more power during one sleep session than another. Any ideas?
