As Ghot says here, two of the most common reasons for a solid green light appearing is the USB drive is not formatted correctly or you have the wrong BIOS downloaded. To solve the first, use diskpart to format the USB drive with MBR, not GPT. To solve the second problem, look very carefully at the motherboard BIOS you are downloading; Asus has a bad habit of naming too many motherboards with very similar names. For example, I have the Asus ROG Strix Z590-A Gaming WIFI motherboard, but there is also an Asus ROG Strix Z590-A Gaming WIFI II motherboard.Make note of the 2nd paragraph in post #3.

Bad format.
Bad download.
Glitch in the rename.
You seem to know what you're doing. just start from the beginning again.
This time, have some pizza rolls handy.
Try a new download, format and rename first.
If you're still having problems... try a new USB stick, altogether.
