Thank you all for your help. I'll leave it at that because there is no way I can boot from a CD/DVD-ROM drive or any other drive of my choice if the BIOS is UEFI only and It doesn't allow to choose between Legacy and UEFY, as in other BIOS versions.
I fail to understand, though, why the Dell BIOS doesn't give this choice.
I have been able to work around this by doing a BUP Drive Img with Hasleo and creating a WinPe USB key. If ever my current Windows 11 OS fails ( virus or other), all I do is insert the WinPe USB key , restarting and doing an image recovery from the image file stored in an external USB drive.
