Bluetooth does not connect with devices.

The bluetooth in my pc detects my phone or earbuds but when I try to pair it says it is not possible. If I click the icon on the task bar and choose send or receive a file it works and I can transfer files to my phone. When I try to pair the phone I get the authorization request on the phone and I allow it but after some time trying it says it is not possible. One thing is strange : the authorization request does not show the code number to confirm the pairing. Any idea what could be the problem?

Try using the troubleshooter
settings>system>troubleshoot>other troubleshooters. Beside bluetooth click run

Try clearing previously paired devices on your phone.

Thank you for you answers. I have tried all those solutions. No results. I have solved the problem by formating and reinstaling windows (11) and now everything is working ok.
