Boot logo shows for 3 minutes, than continues to boot and runs fine

New member, hi to all and thanks in advance for your assistance.
Windows 11 24H2, build 26100-2604, Gigabyte Z590 UD AC mobo, Intel i9-10850K @ 3.60, Samsung SSD 980 1TB.
This seems to have started for an unknown reason. Except for a newer nic card no other expansion cards are installed. Drivers / windows/ intel are up to date.
Restored from and earlier date
Startup recovery did not find a problem
Command Prompt Admin>Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
Than ran>sfc /scannow. Both ran successfully, no change.
(I am not that smart, tips off of a search)
Please help and keep it in non-technical terms so I can understand and follow through with your advice.

Do you mean the Gigabyte boot logo after you turn on the PC?
The system boot process should still be happening whilst the logo shows. If you know how to enter your BIOS, you should be able to turn off the boot logo if you don’t want to see it.

My bad, for some reason I read 3 seconds not 3 minutes.

Try resetting the BIOS to defaults.
Did this start straight after you installed the nic card?

Try removing the NIC card t see if this still happens, please.

Please open task manager > click startup tab > post images or share links displaying the full box

Thank you both for replaying. Attached are the task manager files. The Bios is set to defaults. The only change I make in the Bios is to activate XPM for memory.

I removed the NIC card. I have another ssd with windows 11. Removed the one i was using and installed the spair.
Same results. I would believe it is not the ssd(s) or a windows related problem.

When task manager is opened there are multiple tabs:

Processes, Performance, App history, Startup, Users, Details, etc.

Please click the Startup tab.

This window has four corners.

I also just moved the ssd nvme m2 to a different slot, no change.

I am running a memory test now. I did see the BIOS time, it was over 200 seconds, don't remember the exact number. When I time it it is always over 3 minutes

How come your not able to post it as an image?

Cause I'm running the memory test

For most UEFI systems there are actually two consecutive logos, which may look the same but are separate parts of the boot process.

The first is for the bios POST tests and shows the OEM logo. The second is Windows booting up and may well show the same OEM logo. It can be distinguished from the first by the spinning circle at the bottom.

That's the POST stage, it's enumerating the hardware. Something part of the hardware is causing it issues, and probably timing out before it continues.

Windows records performance diagnostics events in the Microsoft-Windows-Diagnostics-Performance/Operational event log.

Event 100 is the main event, and 1xx gives additional information about the problem.
Double-click the event to display the event properties and switch to the XML tab.

There's no guarantee you can diagnose the problem.
