Boot Menu doesn't show up and so cannot choose Macrium Reflect Recovery environment.
You may need to inject graphics driver into macrium boot.wim file.
All Intel 11th and 12th generation core processors require Intel IRST installed during the installation phase of Windows. Wouldn't Intel IRST also have to be installed into the Macrium boot media?

I think the issue is before the wim loads. I think the op is talking about the boot menu that shows up after post.
have you tried booting the macrium wim ( use legacy menu if needed )
then from cmd prompt in booted media type x:\sources\recovery\recenv.exe
check if the entry shows up in the little blue squares in recenv

I just tried the macrium add boot menu and it wasn't displayed at all.
added it to displayorder and it shows now
bcdedit /displayorder {guid} /addlast
