Windows 11Pro
As I cannot boot into Windows, there does not seem to be a way to run the apps suggested in the BSOD posting instructions thread.

Are there any tools to run from ubuntu live terminal? I can access C drive through the ubuntu file explorer.

critical process died windows 11 on startup has been preventing bootup, safe mode, restoration, driver rollbacks.
I'm about to windows install from USB but keep all files and settings if possible...

1) Find one or two flash drives that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

2) Find a working Windows computer

3) Create tools that can be used on the problematic computer

4) Create a bootable Sea Tools flash drive

5) Create a bootable Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 11 iso)

6) Run the Sea Tools Long generic test > take pictures > post images or share links

7) If the Long generic test result reports fail then backup files and replace the drive

'm about to windows install from USB but keep all files and settings if possible...

Are you running the latest bios from Asus?
Yes, I would test the system drive as was suggested. I would also test the ram using a Memtest86 boot usb drive.

Be sure to remove all other drives except system drive before installing windows.
Since you can not boot into windows a repair install will not work so you will lose all files, settings, and apps. You can, however do a custom install and salvage your files if the custom install completes.
OR
save your personal files using Ubuntu live usb, and do a clean install of windows.

You can also go back to 23h2 by restoring an image made before the upgrade, if you have one. If you do this, immediately pause updates or you'll get the 24h2 upgrade again.

Here is the latest list from MS concerning some of the known as well as previously mitigated problems in 24h2.

  1. Done (Already had Ubuntu live USB, Windows 11 USB installer, Hirens BootCD USB and spares)
  2. Done (Portable I've been posting from)
  3. Done: (See #1)
  4. Done
  5. Done
  6. Done:
SEAtools long generic test reported no problems, SMART details all good (100% health), 10% over provision
  7. N/A
Thanks for trying to help, but I would not be in the least surprised if it's something to do with the UEFI partition or a corrupted restoration.

I have access to the dumps through ubuntu bootable and can see files and folders on the P41 1TB boot drive
