Welcome to the forum. @zbook will look at your logs when he comes online. In the meantime, Uninstall Kapersky preferably using the removal tool or my favorite Revo uninstaller Free.

Hi, that's what the folks on the ms forum suggested too. Strange the other 3 computer that updated no problem use Kaspersky too which is why I haven't considered it an issue. Uninstalled it and currently it's d/l'ing the 24H2 for like 7th time today. I'll edit the post with results once it's done.

You can have more than one problem preventing the upgrade from completing.

It worked! So perhaps something else + Kaspersky on this machine was preventing it. Thanks for your help!
