Not that I have ever heard of, unless you waited until she wasn’t ready and pushed her off her office chair. How would you envisage having access to it? Via a tablet or something?
The closes t thing I can figure would be cyber cafe software but you would still need a carriage/access device

Windows is single user only...so you can not use the full GUI at the same time someone else is logged in.

You can however access files and folders and transfer to and from the computer that is being used. Or even stream some videos over the network...

Some folks use remote access for dealing with issues or accessing/storing files on another computer but I do it differently, have a NAS drive attached to my Wireless Router and any computer that can connect to the network whether Wired or Wireless can have that drive Mapped and have full access to files on it. And it does not need the Internet to do it.

There is a 3rd party app that claims it can do what i want.
It is called :RDP Wrapper Library but it is for windows 10.
I searched a bit and found a win11 version here
I do not know if it legit, if not feel free to delete this message.
I have both pc's windows 11 original bought so i do not see any harm and i am thinking to try it.

Your opinions?

regards,
Nik.

So you simply want to connect to your wifes computer from your computer? Then yes, lots of ways and software that you can use to do that. But as mentioned, only one person can operate it at any one time.

The most user friendly (extensive for beginners) that I have seen is Stardock Multiplicity. However I have heard it can be complicated to uninstall. So a backup of your PC would be warranted. And it isn’t free.

You can modify RDP to run 2 concurrent sessions. No software necessary.
But wouldn't the multiple RDP sessions have to be under the same user? It seems that the poster wants to login to his wife's PC under a "different" account session. Windows doesn't allow that, right? Linux does.

no you can remote into from one via ip address and one via hostname to create multiple sessions.

1. Create shortcut on 1st machine using RDC with saved credentials
2. Create shortcut on 2nd machine using RDC with other saved credentials
3. 2nd machine shortcut – open with Notepad – edit remote.xxx.domain:3389 to ip.ip.ip.ip:3389 (edit 3389 if you opened changed the default port)
4. Save changes to shortcut
5. Both will open now with differently saved credentials

EDITED (This has the powershell script instead of hex editor program option): edit the rdp dll to allow 2 concurrent sessions (scroll down this page until you see:
"Solution 3: Patch termsrv.dll using PowerShell script"
