Cannot delete Bluetooth devices

I am running Windows 11 and cannot get the Bluetooth to connect to my devices. The support for my Silhouette Cameo 4 says to go to Bluetooth and remove this device then reconnect through Bluetooth. My problem when I click to remove it it comes up saying the removal failed. Any ideas how to delete this device? I have other Bluetooth devices and the same problem with them.

Go to device manager and select show hidden devices, delete all occurrences of that device.
