Cannot Do In Place Install

Hi everyone,

I am trying to do an in-place install because my windows install is stuffed.

It's been sitting on "Making sure you're ready to install" for half an hour.

Any ideas how to get this working?

I am on 22H2 with the latest moment installed.

Uninstall all third-party antivirus and firewall softwares.

Open the Command Prompt and execute bellow commands one at a time.
