1. Younger brothers are bad news when discussing computer problems.
2. The crashes are being caused by either a software or a hardware issue. (software = Windows , drivers, program, etc.)
3. A clean install of Windows will either fix things or not. If it does... then you know it was a software issue.
4. The BIOS is the 1st thing a computer reads, when you turn it on. It needs to be functioning properly.
5. There is a lot of things that can't be done on un-activated Windows.

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
Lol. Well it costs over a 100 Euros to activate it and there's not a huge difference between activating it and not activating it. The difference between the two seems to be just basically personalization?
The difference is more than just that, It`s basically stealing and support. If you don`t activate windows, we don`t really have to help you, and you won`t get help from Microsoft either. Mike and the others have been very patient in trying to help you. The best thing you can do with the Page File is to set it at System Managed, reboot, and let it be.

If you upgraded from Windows 10 PRO or PC previously had Windows 10 PRO, there is no fee.
The fee only applies if a user installs on a new pc which has never had W10 Pro or W11 Pro previously installed and activated,

as a matter of interest do you have any registry mods in-place, your OS version is out of date, even your unactivated Home version should have updated by now.
If you go clean install route we use the MCT or UUP, not any other sites

I was able to change the pagefile to 2933mb following your suggestion. But now the crashes occur faster now lol! Instead of occurring after using Chrome for a couple of hours it now takes only 30 mins approx for the crashes to occur.
I should have stated that when I originally assembled my computer I used a AMD RX5700XT but I replaced it with a RTX 2070 Super. Could the older RX5700XT drivers be causing me the crashing issues? I didn't have any problems a few months after replacing the AMD card.
It's generally safe to delete pagefile. sys . You'll need to configure your system to user zero virtual memory, and should be able to delete the file after a reboot.

Well see that's the thing. My old computer has a fully activated Windows 10 installed on it. Originally with my old computer I had Windows 7 Pro installed which was fully activated and then I had to option to upgrade from 7 to 10 Pro for free.
I bought my current computer 2 years ago and installed Windows 10 via the USB method. I then upgraded from 10 to 11 without activating it.
Do you think it's fair that I have a fully activated copy of Windows 10 on my old computer and I wasn't able to transfer it over to the new one?

So you're basically advising that I should set the pagefile to zero, reboot and delete the pagefile.sys and then reboot again? Do I change the pagefile back to "system managed" after the final reboot?
It's weird but I can find the "pagefile.sys" file in the Everything application by David Carpenter but when I go to open path on the file it directs me to my C drive and I can't find it at all.
