Cant find webview 2 to repair or reinstall

So when I'm in the Lenovo vantage app it constantly says webview 2 has problem and to restart the app. So naturally I want to uninstall and reinstall webview 2 and I try to do this in the past I don't remember what happened but now when I go to add or remove programs webview 2 is not there and when I try to download it it says it's already installed

Every solution I find says go to add or remove programs and remove it however in my case it is not there it's not in the list and while back I may have deleted it out of the list but n it's still installed and I don't know how to uninstall and reinstall it if I can't even find it I'm not a computer genius. Do I go into the registry or something?

Those instructions are out of date. Webview2 is no longer being listed there....
