Can't seem to put this laptop into Balanced Mode for the power settings.

The reason I'm having to set this power setting into Balanced, in the first place is I'm having problems with my laptop going into sleep almost every 2 minutes roughly. However, the problem isn't with how I've set my power/battery settings.

I don't understand what you are asking. No matter what Power Mode you are setting you can change the timeouts for sleep to whatever you like.
