Or... do things the easy way.
Go to PCPartpicker... click on "Browse Products > Video Cards", then choose your country in the top right of the page.
Then use the navigation on the left side, (in your case I check marked all the RTX 3080 cards).
Then at the top right... click where it says "price" to sort by price.
And you will end up with this list...

PCPartpicker will also show you all the retailers selling the card you picked, and show you where it's... cheapest.
Then you can just look at how many people bought which card.
Generally, the more 5 star buyers, the better the card.
For example... I changed the navigation choice to RTX 3080 Ti...

...and found that you can get an RTX 3080 Ti for the same price you would pay for that Gigabyte RTX 3080 in the first post.
Tip: Try to buy your vid card from the big manufacturers like... EVGA, ASUS, MSI and Gigabyte. ^^

The only thing PCPartpicker can't do is tell you if the actual retailer is trustworthy.
For example... this card has a great price at MindFactory. But YOU would have to know if they are reputable.
In the USA, I know that Amazon, Newegg and B&H Photo, are safe to buy from. But I have no clue about the German retailers.
I've never seen any obviously bad retailers on PCPartpicker in the USA, but the three I mentioned I "know" are fantastic, in the USA.
