.. i have a MKV video which has 5 audio tracks/languages in it.. i am able to cast this video to my Samsung 43" TV without any problems and everything works fine..
.. the only issue I have is not being able to select the audio track/language I want.. it always plays the first track/language and there is no option to change it or to select another..
.. is there any way to select an audio track while casting to device.. ?
.. am also open to suggestions on any apps that can play as well as cast to the TV without any extra hardware..
.. tried VLC but guess i need ChromeCast to cast to TV..
(this is from MPC)

Run the MKVToolNix GUI program. The section you will need will be the window that opens by default.
Drag and drop your MKV file to the program in the source files section. (Left side window))
Uncheck the audio track you want to remove. You don’t need to do anything else to the file or settings, that is to learn for another day.
Set the file name and save path in the Destination file section.
Click the Start multiplexing button to remove the audio track.
MKVToolNix will re-encode the movie, it wont take long. In fact it’s very quick encoding MKV to MKV
The original Movie will be left untouched and the new one will be named slightly different.
It does so much more but thats for you to investigate and learn for another day.

.. thanks for the info @antspants.. i know i can always re encode the video with the required audio track..
.. i am looking for a solution without doing that using the original video itself.. i find it hard to believe that something this simple is not available..
