I'm running Win11 just fine on a really old Dell laptop that has a CPU just a little newer than yours. It took a LOT of work to get it installed, but now that it IS, it is running without any issues.
That laptop fails the same Win11 "requirements" as does yours.
It's really an issue of what Win11 actually NEEDS versus what Microsoft WANTS -- these are NOT the same!
