Changed permisssions and now it prevents my windows 10 to bootup (i have a black screen)


Ghali mentioned that he can't start the "safe mode".
so the only chance to save his files is to use diskpart
and the shrink disk command in order to create a new partition for his personal files.
xcopy can transfer the files to the new partition

I don't know. I just tried icalcs.
I would run:
bcdedit /set {globalsettings} advancedoptions true
to make it easy to try safe mode after he has finished the offline sfc & dism commands
replace true to false in above command to go back.

Hello alright , i just have to reinstall wi dows 10 in my usb. I would like to ask you a question i see in one of your commands "scratch" is that a reset/reinstall of windows will i lose my applications and files ? My windows folder is in C:\Windows do i need to replace K with C ?

Okay but what will this command do because i dont want tk reinstall windows at all , theere is obviously a solution for fixing the peermissions

I am asking questions because i dont to .ake my situation even worse. The isshe literally happened to me after following that tutorial at 1am in friday

I hoe i am not rude but please it is not windows apps folder. Wondows apps was just thecontext and why i followed the tutorial . The affected folder are obviously :
-programfiles
-windows
-program files x86
-users
I actuallyhave an image of whaat i selected with the windows repair app by tweaking. If you want to know what i selected and caussd my those issues please tell me

the takedown command will remove permissions applied to whatever folder you have after the \, so yes, replace that with whatever fold you want
