1st Gogle search answer i found

Settings > Personalization > Start. Turn off "Show recently opened items" in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar!

Just go into the app settings and clear the data and cache for it.

Under settings > apps > installed apps > 3 dots > advanced options > reset
