Solved Computer Username and Password help

I'm trying to install Avid Link and it's asking for my Computer Username and Password (not PIN). Nothing that I try works. How can I find this information? Thanks

The username & password should be your Microsoft Account email and password. The same you would use logging into your Windows OS

I don’t personally use Credential Manager so I don’t have any real experience. If you’re being forced to use it to install this software, I have my reservations.

I even tried changing my password and it didn't accept the new password. It should say "Let us create hard work for you."

I rebooted the computer and then I was able to start Avid Link and there was a link to install Pro Tools. It seems to be working now. Right now I'm installing plugins. It seems to be working. Thanks.
