Configuring a box for remote location

To be specific, this particular box is going to be installed at a transmitter site that's 50 miles out of my way so top priority of the box is to stay on 24/7.
Absolutely any excess software and apps not needed for this purpose need to be removed. (I'm looking at you, game bar.)
What's the minimum needs of window 11, e.g. what all should I strip out.

Is the computer an OEM or shop-built/DIY? With an OEM you can remove their included software and some of the included third-party such as an Office-type add, any games, audio or video recording/playing, etc.

I'd make sure there is UPS/Uninterruptible Power Supply available and change the BIOS to remain on during a power failure/bump. My career involved some 2-way communications, all remote sites had to have a UPS to maintain communications, wasn't too bad with tube-type equipment as they'd last barely long enough for generators to get started but with transistorized equipment couldn't have even 1 second power loss.

Truthfully, unless it really HAS to be Windows for some reason, I'd be thinking Linux for a high reliability remote location. I'd also want to have the ability to do a cold restart of the computer in case something goes awry, servers have had this capability for many years.
