More testing when I unplug and replug the cable in USB 3 it work fine. It seems windows sleep USB ports but my current power plan is "high performance"
I found selective USB suspend enabled so I disable it.

Does it copy files over Wi-Fi? I've been using Teracopy and would like to try it to see if one program is faster then the other.

You will need file server and speed is limited by wifi speed. I run Android file manager that has file server then go to ftp or http address and copy files but using usb cable is much faster

If the paths of the files and/or folders in question are valid (and accessible) according to Windows, it should be able to handle them correctly. Unlike FastCopy, TeraCopy has a tendency to error out if you try to copy a very large amount (many Terabytes) of data with it. As a real bonus, FastCopy offers per-file error logging capability with full Unicode support also in the paths that it writes to the logfile. That alone is reason enough for me to vastly prefer it over all the other available choices TBH. But its optional ability to calculate and write hashcodes to the logfile can help save many hours of valuable time as a result of all the files
not having to be read twice (one time to copy them, one time to calculate the hashcodes...), like, if you also need to store the hashcodes for later use.

There's a reason I use Wi-Fi instead of USB. The Mini PC uses the TV as the monitor and I'm limited to when I can copy my files to it. As for example; never when my wife is watching any of her TV shows.
