is the ryzen 7 5700x compatible with windows 11?

the compatibility list..doesn't seem to be actively maintained at present.

But you're right... it's not on the compatibility list.
But the 5600X and 5800X are.

I can tell you that a Ryzen 2700X is fully qualified, so why wouldn't a 5700X be? It's a whole generation newer. :-)

The Ryzen 7 5700X (Apr 4, 2022) was released just a few months before the Ryzen 7 7700X (Sep 27, 2022). When the AMD compatibility list was updated on Oct 17, 2022 leaving out the 5700X was probably just an oversight.

It's not just that the list has not been kept up to date, my problem is that a processor that is on the list fails the pc health check now when it passed a year ago. Namely the Athlon 3000G. I have two pc's with this processor, one of which is one of my beta insider systems.

The problem may be is that the Athlon 3000G is based on the original Zen core.

AMD lists Windows 11 graphics drivers for it. I also find it on the current MS compatibility list. (Third one down the list, on 26 April, 2023.)
