I booted to the USB Drive. . Here's what I got. I'm sure they work. When I pressed F6 to EXIT, a menu popped up, and told me to "Press Enter". . And when I pressed Enter, it didn't do anything, so I had to use CTRl+ALT+DELETE to reboot. Is that normal?

Press F4 and select Search and Boot Windows.

What you mean it did not do anything once you pressed enter on a file? It just reload the menu?

The only thing that could happen is that the files you downloaded were somehow at fault meaning they don't work which in my experience has never happened before

Yeah, it just reloaded the ISO menu is all. I downloaded both ISO files from Microsoft's official page.

If I may ask here...

I am also using Ventoy for the first time cause it's only app for Android allowing me to make a bootable USB for W11 installation, since beside my phone I don't have any operational device to make a USB.

If I understand correctly, if I don't want to change any setting in BIOS of my laptop (leave UEFI boot, Secure Boot enabled) I need to set Ventoy:
1. Select GPT
2. Check Secure Boot Support box

Right?

So, when I plug USB, will it be straightforward boot of Ventoy or should I enrol some keys or certificate like it's saying on Ventoy website?

You understand correctly. When you plug usb in and start your computer you will have to enter keyboard hotkey when your see OEM logo to get into one time boot menu.
Once inside the boot menu you will select an option that says something like UEFI USB (again, what you see in menu depends on manufacturer)
This article tells what hotkeys the different manufacturers use to access the one time boot menu. List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys
