OS
Windows 11
My pc has suddenly started to show this. Everything was working fine then the screen started to go ‘choppy’ so I rebooted and now this is all I get. I’ve tried startup repairs, tried all, or certainly most of the’solutions’ on YouTube and none have worked. What I don’t understand is that if I try the load drivers route I can see the drive windows sits on an I can navigate through all of the folders. I’ve tried using the installation disc and following the repair option, still no joy. I can’t even boot into safe mode. The pc isn’t that old and I’m wondering if it’s a hardware issue.

Any suggestions

Thanks

Paul

Unable, I effectively go around in a loop. I go through the troubleshooting options and that includes the repair option if I boot from the installation disc. Nothing will get me to the desktop. I’m beginning to wonder if it’s the nvme drive?

Just followed it to the letter and I’m still getting the same message. I have a feeling that it may be a hardware issue somewhere or it’s a clean install, such is life

You can post memory dump files, which can tell what driver causes the BSOD error.

Open the Command Prompt and execute below command.

Code:
Copy C:\Windows\System32\*.dmp E:

Above command copies all .dmp files to E: drive, replace the E: driver letter if needed.

Unfortunately I haven’t got access to another computer. I’ve got a flash drive and all of my posts on here have been with an iPad

See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, public library, or local computer store to create the flash drive.

Zip archive for what reason also can you copy the dump files within C:\Windows\System32\Minidump folder and zip them up, attached them to your next post.

Sorry for not responding but I've been away. Anyway, bottom line is I decided to do a complete new install and that cured it. The only reason I took this decision was because the next option was to do a return to base.

Anyway thanks to all of you who got involved and tried to resolve this for me, many thanks

Paul

Often there are computer problems that appear to be fix by a clean install.

To make sure that an underlying was not missed please run the computer for 5 to 7 days to generate new log files then post a new V2 share link.

If there are problems seen in the collected files then comments will be made into this thread.

If there are no significant problems generated during the 5 to 7 days then that will complete the troubleshooting.
