Ctrl+Alt+Del / black background

Is it possible to replace the black background color , when using Ctrl+Alt+Del ?

All of my machines do it that way, same for the default opening of Command Prompt and PowerShell/Terminal but they can be changed. I don't use Dark Mode.

Following... I have issues with the black screen of dismount too. It's also what I get when clicking to login after boot/restart. Be nice to change that too to a more motivating color.

Users want to change everything but there are SOME things we just have to live with. I do not think MS cares if a handful of folks are "motivated" or not. I mean, really, some parts of the GUI are so minor in the big scheme of things

Welp, I solved half my issue. You can get the Sign on screen to match the Welcome Screen:

Settings> Personalization> Lock Screen > "Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen".

Doesn't affect Ctrl-Alt-Del Screen though.

Since the display uses computing power could it be said that showing the seconds uses 60 times the power that showing a minute change uses?

I doubt it!
It was never an issue in Windows 10, I don't see why it has to be an issue in Windows 11!
