Dark mode run box like StartAllBack does?

I have been trying to figure out what StartAllBack does to make the copy file diag, and the run box dark mode along with a lot of other win32 components in windows.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? You can get close to what startallback does by modifying colors in the Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors registry key, however, the run box is still very might light.
Does anyone have any insight on this?

It seems that some people got the dark mode run box with 21h2...


I think that the person who saw this dark mode must have been using Startallback.

But I'm in dark mode and still have a light run box.


Run is a legacy program, so like control panel, the dark mode is non-existent or patchy.
I think soon microsoft may update the run dialogue so perhaps a dark mode will come then.

So in other words, no i do not believe it is possible to have dark mode natively for the run box.
