DELL Inspiron One 2020 - I need help finding the correct drivers, BLUETOOTH especially


If the inplace repair or the diagnostic doesn’t work, I might be inclined to think that there is a problem with the hardware. You could try a USB adapter? I don’t know enough about USB Bluetooth to advise you on which type, but there are some inexpensive ones available. As your mother will be using Phone link or Unison, I assume she will be in close range with her mobile phone.

Okay. I haven't been on here to update anyone regarding the progress for this Dell computer.

But the good news is that I did download Driver Booster and it did update some of the drivers that were outdated, Bluetooth being one of them. However, Link to Windows for iPhone option is still grayed out. Whenever the button is clicked, it says your PC must have Bluetooth turned on or installed. It does have a Bluetooth radio. As of right now, it only supports Android. I am running the latest version of Windows 11 23H2.

To Add: Apparently this is a widespread issue. Lots of iPhone and Windows users are facing similar or the same issue.
