This deprecation also includes the Windows.Security.Isolation APIs that are used for Microsoft Defender Application Guard for Office. We recommend transitioning to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint attack surface reduction rules along with Protected View and Windows Defender Application Control.November 2023

I just read that Windows 11 is Blocking Taskbar Changes from Third-Party Apps.
they're getting rid of the old codes and redundant applications.

In the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview Build for the Canary Channel, which is Build 26002,
Microsoft is starting to enable a new ID, which will disable the Old Windows 10 Taskbar
which is still running in the background, this way blocking third-party apps from accessing that.
