This deprecation also includes the Windows.Security.Isolation APIs that are used for Microsoft Defender Application Guard for Office. Computer BrowserThe Computer Browser driver and service are deprecated. The browser (browser protocol and service) is a dated and insecure device location protocol. This protocol, service, and driver were first disabled by default in Windows 10 with the removal of the SMB1 service. Remote MailslotsRemote Mailslots are deprecated. The Remote Mailslot protocol is a dated, simple, unreliable, insecure IPC method first introduced in MS DOS. I just read that Windows 11 is Blocking Taskbar Changes from Third-Party Apps.
they're getting rid of the old codes and redundant applications.

In the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview Build for the Canary Channel, which is Build 26002,
Microsoft is starting to enable a new ID, which will disable the Old Windows 10 Taskbar
which is still running in the background, this way blocking third-party apps from accessing that.
