Solved Desktop icons overlapping

I was using DesktopOK and I have this problem now, I can't find any way to fix it, I've tried editing the registery, uninstalled and reinstalled DesktopOK but it's still the same, any way I can fix it?

Just a starting suggestion: Please right-click a blank desktop space to get the desktop context menu, choose View, and make sure that Medium icons is selected (dotted), not Large.

Next, from the same context menu, check Display settings > Scale > at 100% (recommended), not 125 or 150.Clipboard 02.jpg

sorry, I tried everything you said but that didn't work, I used winaero tweaker to reset the spacing.
