I agree Andrew, she wasn't very well informed. I did make a call to their support number but the person who I talked to had such bad English, we couldn't get any thing of any substance done. He finally just told me to call back at a different time to talk to someone else. I may try that later today. Meanwhile, I have been able to identify the bridged port and will be attaching another router to create another local network.
