Well, it's not just the spinning wheel, it's the extra ~300ms of a blank folder before it shows the content.
I will try the solutions by glasskuter and see what happens.
No, not a troll vid. I ran across the vid several months back, trying to help eliminate the issue on a friend's Win 10 PC.
