Solved Disk cleanup?

Hi,

Should all items be checked to clean up disk, including Deliver Optimization files which in my case are approx. 3 GB?

Ran it, displayed some error log which it fixed. On rerun is all fine?

Than this

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

Again sfc /scannow., Its all fine no resource errors.

Any expert views for disk cleanup?

I mean with each update on each clean it's about that or more. Doing so would not per say effect performance or improve it. It just deletes the update cache and other things
