Dual monitors using different graphics services. Is this kosher?

I was setting the resolution ahd refresh rates for my two monitors and noticed that they are using different services for graphics (see below). My question is: is this normal? My gut reaction is that they should both be using the Intel service.

You appear to be using an external USB->video adapter for Display 2. Windows is correctly reporting that adapter has its own graphics chipset. Typically these port adapters use lower performance chips, and generally useful for office work.

If Display 2 was directly connected to one of the HP's native ports, it would report Intel UHD graphics.
