This is what I have in Admin user account in W11.
What is what you have in your Admin account?

Please post a screenshot / photo to avoid further confusion.

I have never seen this form of mail.
That's because, like me, Dru posted a screenshot of Outlook, which you do not have.
John Galt posted both Outlook & mail screenshots.
We are all trying to help you stop using the wrong name.

The reason is that this is a screenshot of Outlook, which you do not have.

You have the built-in app, Mail.

I have never seen this form of mail.
As Try3 explained, it's the Outlook desktop app, which you don't have.

It's Microsoft Outlook's opening page (optional) called "Outlook Today". There you get a snapshot of incoming/outgoing mail, Calander events and tasks, and other stuff. It's a customizable page and can be set as the default window when opening Outlook :)

No, it is not. It is the built-in Mail app in Windows 10 & 11.

The fact that you might or might not have an MSAccount login or use an outlook email address does not change that fact.

"Outlook" is MSOffice Outlook. You do not have it.
"Mail" is Mail. It's in your Start menu as "Mail".

Please post your screenshot / photo of your other user account's Mail app so that the difference in appearance can be explained.

Here's one of MSOffice Outlook

I have this in Adm user W11.

Then you do have MSOffice Outlook. I thought you said you had uninstalled it.

The difference between your two accounts is that you are using two different applications for mail. You can continue that way or use the same app for both users. It's up to you.
Both accounts are running in the same OS.

I'm glad we've finally answered this question.

I just realized my Adm. user account is not working well. It was last week. Now, I can surf thru my home page (www.msn.com) but I cannot do some functions like: sfc scan (it does not take cmd.), cannot keep snipped items (that's why I cannot take and send screenshots), email does not take new account(I am limited to two. I have five in Std user mail), right-clicking to copy/paste is not copying, what's up is not working and it does not configure with my phone's, some apps on desk that used to work are no longer responding. I think this might be because I uninstalled MS365 to get rid of nag screens. However, Std user is working well.

Are you sure you run the Microsoft Outlook (blue "O" icon on newer versions) on both accounts, rather than the built-in Windows Mail app (white or light blue envelope icon) ? Unless you have installed two separate versions of Microsoft Outlook (such as 2010, orange "O" icon and 2019, blue "O" icon) so you run a different version in each account.
Always blue.

Can't take screen shots, but clearly posted one yesterday.

Good luck :cautious:
