Are you using an equaliser app? I found that the ones I tried caused delay. I do without now.

Seems to be inherent of Bluetooth technology..., perhaps the BT version.
Oddly enough..., I have no delay with Jabra 85h
cans , but, with Jabra 75t earbuds, there is a bit of a delay.
