Hi everyone, I bought a Windows Hello compatible webcam a few months ago to read my face so I don't have to enter my password/pin every day with the keyboard.
I use Bitwarden for extra security for my passwords and I enabled biometric security so I can unlock Bitwarden with my face, but every time I unlock Bitwarden it asks me to confirm

the Select OK to continue screen always appears.

But excuse me if it identified me, why do I always have to give it confirmation? :tears:
Because what happens sometimes when I look down to confirm, for a moment the OK button disappears because it's as if it has lost my face.

Is it possible to disable this screen? I would like it to proceed automatically when it identifies me and not have me there every time clicking OK.

Thanks.

So from what I understand it is not a problem of 1Passowrd or Bitwarden but of Microsoft

Is there really no way to disable via registry or I don't know by creating a script to disable the identity confirmation?

I have already disabled the confirmation in the past always to start as administrator every program, it was a real nuisance.

I meant this:

I know it's not recommended to disable it but I find it very annoying, I've been disabling it for years now

I thought that by turning off this notification, the identity confirmation notification would also be turned off.

if there is a possibility via registry or script to disable that confirmation notification that would be great, i click it 20 times a day i'm fed up :(

sorry, I use both the program installed on Windows and the browser extension.

Bitwarden must be installed on Windows if you want to use biometric unlocking.

However, I wanted to disable it for the browser extension.

the links you linked talking about the notification when bitwarden requires a passkey saving, are not what I was looking for
I am interested in disabling the notification when bitwarden is unlocking with your face via webcam without clicking OK every single time on the notification.

Edit:
But anyway I don't think it's a Bitwarden problem.
But Windows at this point.

Because I activated face login via Windows Hello on Telegram Desktop and even there the security confirmation notification always comes out to log in once it has identified me.
