Solved Email autofill issue

Hazel, this video is 3 years old. If you want to jump straight to the auto complete for Outlook on the web, watch the second video. But I’ll let you know, for some reason, after suggesting the same process I did, he basically says Microsoft online doesn’t work that way anymore. That we don’t get an option to stop this.

I am wondering if you just press the X everytime the wrong email appears, perhaps the AI will get the message?

So it looks like I'm stuck with it then. If I can't solve it, I'm tempted to change my email to another provider. Which would be a lot of hassle. But it is very annoying. I did a few goes last night. It wouldn't remember my correct email address (even though it was in contacts as such). It would just come up with no suggestions at all. Then the more I tried it would come up with the two old incorrect suggestions again - which I have deleted umpteen times.

I swear Microsoft just saw me type that. It's working now. Came up with my correct autosuggest. So as you say maybe it needed some time to process.
