It also looks too busy, too many things trying to load. I am on a fios connection.
Is it working fine for you?
Running EDGE with about 30 tabs open
Dramatic footage shows dogs being trained to hunt people in the Hamas tunnels.

Have closed browser 2 times and it delayed by a minute to close both tab and whole thing.
I just checked again and now seems to be working better.
For at least 5 minutes it was not working, closed and reopened multiple times.
Oops, back to halting and feeling sticky

It seems to be working okay. It could be a memory issue with so many tabs open. But then I'm not using FIOS.

I think it is a web content loading issue
I selected a story left it for 5 minutes, came back and was scrolling fine till halfway down the page it halts and lots of wheely things loading.
It makes it about unusable for me, not seen web pages do that before. Big delays in loading content.

I agree with
@Berton . It doesn't matter how fast one's internet is. 8gb of ram and a cpu introduced in 2009 is barely sufficient to adequately run the OS itself. IMO It's certainly not sufficient to run 30 open tabs.

I'm on FIOS with an old computer (check out my computer). I clicked on the website and started scrolling and a few times (about 3 times) got a pop-up that said the website wasn't responding. That only lasted about 3-5 seconds each time and then it was fine and worked perfectly. I only have 3 tabs open right now though. Windows 11 runs very smoothly on this pc. That's my experience here.

@sdowney717 That website is saturated with Ads and it's those that makes the site dog

I am back on the site this 6:30am and not a single issue with scrolling the page, no jamming, halting, nothing wrong. My thinking is the site servers had issues delivering the data to my PC yesterday due to web traffic, they were just too busy. So the basic PC here is working ok with the web content on the page. I really have a lot of tabs open,. I always do. Maybe 50, sometimes they run off the edge to the right

Having 50 tabs open, have you checked out the sleeping tabs function on Edge?
