facial recognition stopped working

hey brink i was wondering if you could help me with this problem, my laptop is a dell precision 5550 and the problem is my facial recognition stopped working well i tried everything on the web but nothing worked even tho my pc doesn't show that there's a problem and when i open the windows hello face recognition the camera work but the red lights used to turn on are no longer turning on and the app is just seeing my face and does nothing, i hope you could help me and thank you
