Factory reset help

Can someone make a batch file or something because last time I did it was stuck in the 38% and won’t complete saying 100% restarting to install windows 10 or 11 because whether I pick one of them it takes forever to complete and waiting for so long

Type cmd in the search box, right-click the Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator. In the elevated command prompt windows, type systemreset –factoryreset and hit Enter. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete it.

Resetting this pc stuck 38% fix this and when it’s next day I gave up it didn’t completely finish one day

Check your HDD health with crystaldiskinfo tool also execute chkdsk C: /r command.

Use the "Performance" tab of your Task Manager to locate your computer's hard drives and look for either the "SSD" or "HDD" label. Open "Defragment and Optimize Drives" to find each hard drive's type in the "Media Type" column.
