Finally got 24h2 today Window 11 Home

Not sure where to post this, so move if needed, thanks.

Checked for updates this afternoon and got 24h2 216110.2314 Went pretty good except on restarts now get Driver can't be loaded wdcsam64.ssys
After that completed checked for again and got the C/.U/ KB5026740 26100.2454 and a .net update.

the wdcsam64.sys driver belongs to Western Digital

On my Surface Pro 8 running windows 11, I receive the following error message on log in: A Driver cannot load on this device Driver: wdcsam64.sys A security setting is preventing this driver from loading. You’ll need to adjust your settings to load this setting. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, there is no updated drivers for WD Passport usb drive. It using a default MS driver 10.0.26100.1150 6/21/2006

I ran the pnp enum from powershell and find the driver for the WD drive is using oem1.inf file , I also have a WD ssd so not sure about
removing the oem1.sys just yet.

UPDATE: found an update for WD drive. Did a restart and no waning messing this time about not able to load driver.

if you are using WD drives as i am this maybe of help. its the Western Digital Dashboard for firmware and driver updates.
