The build I have is 23H2 Build 22631.3007 so I don't think I can use that ISO file listed as build 22631.2861. Have I got that right?

I downloaded the media tool and then used it to put the iso file on the desktop. So now I have the iso file on my desktop. Do I need to burn it to something or can it be mounted from the desktop? Do I need to worry about the media file version? The 23H2 build I have is

Well the repair went flawlessly. I still have the same issue with Windows security. I think I will abandon trying to get it working the way it should. I have a third party antivirus to transfer from the old PC. I guess it won't matter at that point. It bugs me when things don't work the way they should. I will add my specs for the new system today.
