And the OP said they are running the Windows 10 Dev build and that they want to drop out because the Windows Update keeps updating to Win 11. The only two ways that I know of for them to drop out is to restore a image that isn't on the Dev build. They said they don't have one. and the other way is a clean install.Assuming it was a Dev build before.
