Hello, how do I attract people to my thread?

Hi, I have a thread that has gone unanswered all day. I wonder if I have breached some kind of etiquette? And so I have come to the chillout room for answers.

The only thing I would suggest is to fill out your computer specs, including the exact Windows version.
That always helps, when someone does come by to assist.
