Windows hello, how do I stop Outlook message?

Everytime I start up Outlook I get a message about using windows hello.
How do I stop this?

I DO have a pin.
I login in with a Microsoft account ( @outlook.com)

LOL of course... I didn't get the message this time. and I tried again and I'm not getting it.
Its outlook 365 desktop
