Hi folks
I don't know what I touched on the keyboard but now I've got voice for Visually impaired -- which might be great for those needing it bit I've got 20/20 vision -- so how do I turn off this wretched thing !!!!.

On W11 iot Enterprise pro -- but I'd assume that sort of control is probably the same for all versions of Windows.

Thanks again

Cheers
jimbo

@antspants

OT here but must mention -- loved that bit on the reality show about N.Z cops (who look like they behave as the old classical "Keystone cops" from 1930-1940's old movies ) out on traffic patrols -- being chased by a gang of Bikers because one member of the gang hadn't got a Bike license -- seeing some cop car trying to outrun a load of fast powerful "Hells Angels" types of Bikes was just bonkers ! with police car veering all over a motorway and probably likely to cause accidents. Not sure why 2 young men in a Police car wouldn't have called for backup before "interfering" with a group of about 12 aggressive looking Bikers !!!. I'm sure the Australian police would have handled the situation better (if they'd even bothered at all !!!!).

Aussie cops would call for backup since back in 1988 when police were ambushed. Things changed that day.
Police and Bikers here have a mutual respect or understanding until there is cause for not having one. A lot of revenge biker murders between gangs and the public are sometimes caught in the crossfire. More recently police murderd in an ambush (not bikers) in Wieambilla. Very political that one so I won’t go into it.

Too many incidents to list. Very sad. Tragic, we wear blue ribbons for such occasions.

Love the Police Logo -- even here one of the safest if not safest country on earth (from Human - not natural events e.g volcanoes, glaciers, cold weather with inexperienced hikers going unprepared intro the interior) police would call for backup before confronting a load of "savage looking Bikers" - some of whom might look distinctly unfriendly to a typical suburban sophisticated "Grandma" - who actually deliver medication / food / post etc to remote rural areas where even 4 wheel off road SUV would have problems.

Anyway thanks for comments -- ending this thread -- and :-> do you ever sleep !!!!

Not really, Jim. Roughly 3 hours a night. 4 if lucky. Usually between 330am to 630am sometimes only 430am to 630am, like lately.

Sometimes a Power Nap in my office chair for an hour in the afternoon.
