It eventually happens to all of us -- I'm semi-retired and thought I always had good health but was getting increasingly short of breath even for climbing upstairs.

Medical inspection in Iceland showed "Heart valve leaking and not currently life threataning but no way will exercise etc improve it -- not a new implant but just to fix because of excessive "leakage" which can be fixed by 2% risk of failing the surgery --so I am going for it and our Health system in ISL will send me to one of the best private hospitals on the planet for that -- a private Hospital in Chelsea London. -- I feel a bit guilty about this as the system for non private patients in the UK is beyond terrible -- but in my working life I've paid my taxes and Social security payments so I'm not so guilty.

Hopefully will be able to repost again soon. We all get older eventually even at quite old ages we sometimes still feel invincible,

So to all both friend and "agressors" over and out for the next few days.
