I rather use Windows with some minor issues than Linux with major incompatibilities and difficulties. I had seen a picture comparing OSes to cars. Mac OS was a totally automatic car with just on/off button (supposedly too easy to use), Windows was a normal car with automatic transmission, and Linux was an old car with manual transmission and as many buttons as a cockpit! Which one you would prefer? Windows of course, it is common sense.
